Just want to add my comments to those already available here. The Rock BR model is my second rest. The windage adjustment is the main improvement over my first rest.
After using the Rock BR a few things were noted. First, it seems like a lot of rest for the money. It has enough adjustment in all directions for my needs.
The design of the windage adjustment is a little strange in that it rotates clockwise or counterclockwise in a relatively short radius. This changes the pressure on the side bags and with a snug fit tends to twist the rifle rather than pivot it around the rear bag.
The finest vertical adjustment comes from the screw in the rear leg. A slight horizontal wobble was noted (@ 40X scope setting) when using this screw as if its point is not perfectly centered.
The bubble level is off with no adjustment possible which renders it useless.
Generally the rest uses good materials and seems solid. It is a disappointment that all thread tolerances are so generous. With closer thread tolerances and maybe finer threads it would definitely be more appealing to me.
