Same here, I’ve got a Mk1 with all the Area 419 accessories to get rid of all the original plastic parts and when I added the Ingenuity trickler to the system not only did that speed up the throw time but virtually eliminated over/under throws. The sort that the original rotating tube system {this is true of any powder throw system using that style of trickler} would often drop that extra kernel or fall short. One granule of Varget = .02grI still use V3 with Ingenuity Precision trickler and I'm VERY happy with that setup, never needed to upgrade to V4 and have zero experience with it but seems like a lot of guys like it
I'd definitely look into IP new system

What? Do you mean that you introduced a second cup into the process so you can throw another charge while you’re filling a case? Or are you saying somehow that “adding weight” to the cup sped up the autotrickler?I have a v4 -120i works great I bought an extra cup added weigh to the cup twice as fast just a way to speed it up.
I gotcha. Interesting idea I suppose. How do you get the cups to weigh the exact same? You have to have the 2 cup weigh the same to get the same weigh in the 2 cups
You can either sand material some off the heaviest one or put tape or stickers on the lightest one to equal the same as the heaviest one. I am referring to the cup that came with the v4.I gotcha. Interesting idea I suppose. How do you get the cups to weigh the exact same?

I just saw a video from Elfster’s Rifles and Reloading about this very idea. Makes sense if you need that extra seven seconds! I find that if I get too impatient while reloading I tend to mess shit up.You can either sand material some off the heaviest one or put tape or stickers on the lightest one to equal the same as the heaviest one. Sure.. Ingenuity Precision.. I will wait on that that hilarious. Once they become available there is a HUGE back log and a person deciding now would be at the back of back of the line.. when the V4 start dumping on the market I will but 2 more and 2 more FX 120 scales..You seem like a patient reloader and since you've been siting on the fence for many years I'd suggest you stay there for another month or so, there could be bunch of them in classifieds as soon as the Ingenuity Precision new system finally hits the streets, you can probably get the Autotrickler and Labradar for pennies on the dollar.
Smart move.. once you play with it.. change over powders a few time etc.. it become super easy.. easy out of the box also…Revitalizing a fairly old thread here. I’ve gone ahead and ordered a V4 and FX-120i. I did put an IP system on “preorder” but the more browsing and research I’ve done lately (I only became aware of AT, IP, ST etc. recently) the more sense it makes to just not wait for IP to bring that thing to market! I’ve been reloading with Hornady and FA powder droppers, I’m stoked to step up to the V4. Should be a huge improvement.
