Button-Rifled Crowns

In a button-rifled barrel that is stress relieved after rifling, what is the best way to crown the muzzle?
Am interested in putting a 5/8"x24 thread muzzle brake on the end.
Will that small of a diameter threading adversely effect the crown?
Or does the stress-relief negate any concerns in this matter?
In another thread under 6mmBR, one of the fellas expressed some concern on the matter of machining button rifled barrels.

I have several button rifled barrels and have put brakes on them with no adverse affects other than point of impact as it changes the harmonics of the barrel. The weight of the brake that is.

Any machining done slow, with light passes will not as a rule be a problem..
Cut hard and fast, and all bets are off...

I've threaded a few. I just turned down, threaded, and re-crowned the match barrel I took to the Berger SWN, using carbide tooling because I like to work at faster speeds and the finish is beautiful. It hasn't been an issue for me. But Preacher is right in that I took the risk of cutting fast with carbide on myself. It worked out for me and I'll continue to do it, but if you want the least amount of risk possible, slow with light passes is the best bet.
