Bushnell Trail Camera pics -- Problem sending

I have a Bushnell Trail Camera SD into laptop and save pic. The pic is jpg and 3.2 mb. I can attached it to an email but when the person tries to open nothing is there. I’ve tried varies things but my skills just can’t get me where I want to go. Anyone know what the issue is and how to resolve this?

It could be on your email recipients end. His settings may have attachments blocked.

email it to your email and see what happens.

The recipient probably has a limit on the size of the file they can receive. Use Microsoft Paint or similar to resize it

Open it and take a screenshot. That should reduce the file size. Some phones also will give you the option of reducing attachments.

I tried sending it to myself and here is what is on my iPhone 14. Also if I send pic to anyone else they can’t open and receive the same as on my iPhone. It’s got to be something but just can’t figure it out.

^^^ I watched a video on how to do this. Seems as tho I have to copy and paste to a folder rather than drag and drop to desk top.. Don't ask me why..

A 3.6 mb image is gigantic. I'm surprised your email will allow you to attach something that large. I'd reduce it to at least 500 kb and try again.

Most likely just his server that removes the files because they exceed the size limit set by his Mail Admin, if it was on you side you would have received a message stating the files are larger then what you are allowed to send

Usually if you mail them from your Iphone your Iphone should ask you if you want to keep the original size or if you would like to resize it to a couple different sizes. You shouldn't have any issues mailing 3mb files on your iphone

@capt: I resized it and emailed it to myself. It went thru at 1.2 mb.. Thank you so much for your help and others!
