Burris Signature 30 mm Ring Inserts

Burris does not offer ring inserts for the 30mm rings. Has anybody altered a set of "0" inserts to make "10" or "20"'s. You would have to grind one side and shim the other. Just wonder how you did it?

I have a Burris Signature 30mm set that came with the set of inserts.

Unless something has changed very recently, Burris does offer ring inserts for the 30mm rings. I have several sets and they work marvelously.

I just last week received a set of +10/-10 30mm inserts from Burris. Give them a call, great people.

I believe (could be wrong, would have to check my spare inserts) that Burris only offers 0’s and +/- 10’s for the 30mm Signature Zees.

This is correct unless something has changed recently.

When you buy Burris 30mm rings you get 4 inserts, 2 "0" and a "+10" and "-10".

I have used the "+/-10"'s, all I have left are "0".

I wondered if anybody had tried to make thier own inserts, by grinding and adding shims.

I will contact Burris and see if they will send me the +/- set. I don't see them for sale at Midway and etc.

Have you tried putting the minus in the front and the plus in the rear (or the other way if needed). That's 20 MOA.
That's a lot of MOA.

They come with 2 sets of 0's and 2 sets of 10's, so that you can achieve a total of 20 MOA change.

It isn't exactly "MoA", but it is close.

More and more I am using the Burris XTR Signatures, which come with a set of 0, 5, 10 and two 20's.

If you bought the signature select zee rings they should have inserts. If you bought the standard zee ring they are just a steel ring no inserts.
