Burris Sig Zee Rings Inserts

My Sig Zee rings finally arrived. When I opened the packaging, there were no +/- 5 or 10 inserts. the "0" inserts were in the space provided normally for the offsets. Typically, the "0" inserts come installed in the rings with oil. Did Burris stop putting the 5 & 10 inserts in the package?

first I have heard of this. I've got a couple packages of rings here on the shelf and they have the zeros in the rings and the offsets in the package. I received these a couple weeks ago from Brownells.

They have always come like that to the best of my knowledge. Every pair i have bought you had to order the kit with the offsets inserts separately.

!" rings are sold with zero inserts only. You order the offsets separately. 30mm rings come with zero and +/- 10. This is for the Signature Zee rings only, other Burris rings are packaged differently it seems.

Thanks for the replys. I put sig zee rings on everything I shoot including rimfires and airguns (with dovetail to weaver adapters). I have two dozen or so sets. All of the ones I have purchased in both 1" and 30mm have had extra offset inserts included. Until now. I hope this isn't the new norm. I bought this set off eBay and thought maybe the seller ripped me off. @ebb, thanks for the offer, I have the Sig Zee offset Gunsmith kit so I am good on offset inserts. I am out of the "20" inserts. I am going to call Burris for a refill for the kit. Burris has excellent CS.

Did Burris every sell the 30mm Signature Zee rings with the +/- 5 inserts?

I am looking for a set if they did!

No, they come with 0's and 10's only, and you cannot order anything else.

The 1" Sig Zees come with 0's only, and you order the other sizes (5's, 10's and 20's).

For big scopes I get the XTR Sig's. They come with one se each of 0's, 5's, 10's and 20's.

When did they stop putting a set each of +/- 5 & -/+ 10 in with the 1"? I've bought at least a dozen sets with them included. In fact they also came with instructions for installing the pos align inserts. The reason I started this thread was because I was surprised the extra inserts were not included. I was going to request a partial refund from the seller. Not now

if you buy the cheaper set you get no extra inserts only zero's, there r options on the 1 inch choose wisely
Well, there is no 1" Sig. Zee sold by Burris that comes with anything other than a set of 0's for each ring. The only way you can buy a Burris 1" ring that comes with other insert sizes is to buy the much heavier XTR Signature rings.

It is easy to mis-remember because when you buy a pair of 1" Zees there are no inserts in the rings themselves, and there are two sets of 0's in the package compartment below the rings.

When you buy a pair of 30mm Zees there are 0's in the rings and two sets of 10's in the lower compartment. Here is an example of each. I doubt you can see what is, and isn't, in the rings, but trust me, what I describe is accurate.

I have been buying both sizes of Zees and a lot of XTR Sig's for several years. I have always had to buy the inserts separate for the 1", if I wanted something other than 0's.

Interesting. I had seen Burris Zee Ring sets with and without the extra inserts, but thought it was just a different part number or something. Looking at what I have (All came with the added inserts) they are all for 30mm scopes.

I was looking at the 34mm. ones and I see a lot of bad reports on them any truth to that ? They come with a lot of different inserts but they look different..... jim
