You’ll have to forgive my poor draftsmanship but basically it’s standard crosshairs with thicker posts on the outside edges and then the center has thinner posts to aid in acquiring and centering your target faster. I believe they are also referred to as duplex reticles. See Scope Geek June 29,2023 article, “Duplex Reticles”
