I use the Whidden.. John makes excellent loading tools>>>This one is just part of the long list of very fine loading tools.. I have not found any problems with my pointing die whatsoever..

I handled them both. The Hoover stuff is higher quality, but they both do the job. I went with Hoover.
I got a Hoover for tipping and a Whidden for trimming.

Hoover is better quality.

Whidden trimmer has lots of aluminum and I believe I can produce better parts at home.

Hoover trimmer has alum. Base with SS comparators really nice! I have one for sale with 6 trim bodies checkup add "Precision reloading tools" It's a great tool but I now have 2 Girauds and one is dedicated to meplat trimming. Doesn't work any better just faster!
