SELLING Bullet sorting tool

OK got mine....
Normally don't post about things after I get them but I feel I must on this tool.
I purchased this for ease of use. Also to speed up some of the sorting. We all hate the little things.

So spent a couple hours working with this. It was easy to start with.
The tool was described correctly
It does exactly what it is intended to do.
I would give this a 4.95 out of 5.0 rating.
The only problem I saw was a .05 drift in the Guage. NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME but that's why not a full 5 star.
All and all buy this it works!!!!!
Great Tool good job Lawrence97

Great product and money very well spent. Thank you Lawrence! First time to use the new bullet sorter, outstanding speed and reproducibility. It’s really perfect. FWIW I’m left handed. I sorted 750 Vapor Trail 6mm 103 gr bullets at (estimated) rate of approximately 30 bullets per min, or one every ~2 seconds. Just insert and dump in the correct bin (pic). Zero did not float at all during the session, and this is key. I’m sorting into 3 groups and then will trim (Giraud) each group to same length with max trim of 0.003” or so. About 80% went into the middle bin marked +3 to +7.5. After trim then will tip using Hoover die. These are for 600-1k yard BR. I keep a few “standards” in a plastic bag, representing the shortest OAL in each group. This allows zero to be reset on the sorter and more bullets to be sorted and added later on, without creating too many groups.

If you are only going to sort by one measurement then the OAL of the bullet seems to be the way to go. You can also sort by bearing surface, base to ogive, etc and it is more time consuming with minimal returns or impact on target.

I have been sorting by OAL using a set of calipers but it’s time consuming and requires care when placing the bullet on the caliper.

This tool will make sorting bullets a breeze and it won’t break the bank since it is 3D printed. It is comfortable to hold and quick to measure. I have measured .22(80.5, 85.5), 6mm(103,105,107,108) and 7mm(180 and 184) bullets and it has plenty of room for longer bullets. This design is best for longer high BC bullets. If you are trying to sort short range or shorter bullets the design of the v-block needs to change and be made shorter. It’s hard to design something that will accommodate from the shortest to longest bullets which is why I settled for what is mostly used in mid and long range.

The price for the tool as pictured is $100 shipped via USPS.

Folks I have 1 more tool available for immediate shipment. First come first served.

Please post on here that you want one and then PM me for payment/shipping details.

If there’s more interest I can have 5 more tools ready to ship next week.

I'd like one a well. Please send me the details for payment and when they will be available?
Thank You.
