If they were my targets, I would concentrate on the .020 ITL target. Simply because it appears to show the least vertical dispersion. What did you see there that made you go with .005 ITL? (I'm not criticizing here, just curious how you read your targets.)

Did you play with seating depth at .015 ITL before deciding on using .005 ITL?

I then loaded at 0 / .005-ITL / .010-ITL / .015-ITL at 3 different neck tensions to each, and shot 5-shot groups at 1000yds. Had obvious results........

Ahhh... the ultimate test... try your recipe at the range you intend to shoot.
I've found that to be the ONLY way to confirm your load is performing at long range. I've spent too much time playing with loads at 300 yards, just to find out that they don't shoot well at 1000. It does help get you close though...
