Bullet Pullers

You slide you bullet in through the bottom knurled knob. It has a shoulder in it like a rifle chamber (false chamber) You tighten the second knurled knob which clamps the bullet. When unscrew the knob on the false.chamber the shoulder catches the shoulder of the brass and pulls the case away from the bullet.

Much easier to use than explain

Quick and easy

Mr. Charlie Hood was way ahead of his time with the one he made 15 yrs. ago or so. Surprised no one has talked about it on here. No press needed either. There is another shown on here that is somewhat of a takeoff of Mr. Hoods.

That's really neat! I have a kinetic bullet puller and a collet type, and this looks better'n either of them. Quiet, quick, no bullet damage and avoids contaminating the powder. Maybe I'll have to add a third one!
You may have slight bullet damage. I use the pulled ones for foulers, if at all.

PMA's is based on that one

Based on the original designs by Charlie Hood, the idea for this bullet puller came from a very good friend and customer John Crawford. In one of our many conversations John had mentioned a very good bullet puller that he had made that eliminated the need for pliers or a press. This bullet puller is one piece and completely self-contained. With his permission we started making them and they are available now.

That looks like a great tool. I did not know it even existed 5 minutes ago and now I can't live without it. Looks like they have some other good tools also. Take a look at the depriming tool.
I use their neck turner and trimmer. I have one of their little priming tools in my portable reloading kit. Probably some more stuff I can't think of right now.. Never bought anything from them that disapointed.

Get a hard-plastic hammer to use with your kinetic puller. Swing both hammers and strike the impact faces together and the kinetic bullet puller is MUCH easier to use.

I use the kinetic for cast lead rounds (I shoot 32SWL and 38 wadcutters and 45 SWC, none of which you can use any other puller on.) I find that a decent sized piece of hardwood - 4" x 4" or so, end grain up, makes for a good anvil to smack it on. Tends not to shatter the plastic like will eventually happen hitting metal or concrete.
