bullet doesn't fit fired case

Our you Trimming your Brass ?
Our you over sizeing ?

If a loaded round is .264 neck diameter.
A fired case is .266 and the same diameter bullet will not fit.

I would suspect over crimping and crushing the bullet. Or operator error on the measurements.

Have you checked that the case isn't overlong for the chamber & the mouth is crimping in?

IMHO donuts can cost accuracy. Tested 6ppc cases that developed donutversus same batch that didn't. Definite accuracy loss with the debuted cases. Even after removing some and re- testing.

have found that it causes severe runout too
