Bullet crimp marks

I don't think I would use them in a competition but for practice... Nothing wrong unless they have been really damaged by pulling them.
Do the bullets have a cannelure? That is a groove usually with a bit of vertical markings in the groove?
The cannelure is there to provide a place for the case neck to be crimped into...
Non cannelure bullets should not be crimped and only set the die to firmly set the case to the bullet {this is the case for most 9mm jacketed bullets, at least for ball ammo}
If it is ball ammo that you have pulled apart then there really should not be any marks on the jacket unless it was really crimped in and that would have been under lots of pressure to dent the jacket or the marks you are seeing are being left from your puller....
