Building an F-Class

I am building an F-Class out of a rem 700 .243, I plan on probably using the 107 gr. smk's, what would be my best choice for a barrel? Length? Twist? Any brand's you prefer? Any help would be appreciated?

Look at what John Whidden is shooting. He is the 2008 US National Champion and he shoots a .243. I beleive yu will find he is shooting a Broughton 1:8, 5C, 30 or 31 inches long. I am confident John or Tim North at Broughton Barrels will share that information with you.
