have one more howa action sitting in the safe...and figure might as well barrel it while its too cold to get out and shoot and have it ready for spring.

This is just a budget, all-around, target/steel/hunting rifle. Doesn't have to do any of them exceptionally, as I have other rifles for each of already. This might end up being the rifle i finally get my gf into shooting with.
