Buhmiller rifle information needed

So I have what I believe to be a custom Mauser action built rifle. Barrel reads
JR Buhmiller. I know he specialized in barrels. Rifle is chambered in 220 Swift.
I was told bye Mitch Schultz that the rifle was built bye Buhmiller. Just trying to find some help to further authenticate it and help me come up with a fair price for the rifle and scope that belongs in the rifle. I’ve included a few pictures and have plenty more if other information is needed.

No idea of value but being a 220 swift a look at the throat would determine if the price of a barrel would need to be factored in. Any feeding issues?

No feeding issues that I’m aware of. I have a bore video that shows that the barrel appears as new. Bright shiny I don’t have trained eyes but looks like other new barrels I’ve purchased.

Interesting how they shortened the rear scope block to allow the bolt to operate. Never seen that before, but it looks to be precisely done and I'm sure it wasn't compromised, functionally. Didn't Buhmiller make scope mounts and rings, back in the day?

I don’t know from what I’ve read about him he did everything but the stock work. His claim was small bore bench rest barrels. Hopefully I’ll be able to find someone who has a lot of information about him and his gunsmith work.
