Buckmasters 3x9

I have a buckmasters 3x9 that has coin adj windage and elev adj and standard eye piece. No fast focus. Is this the original buckmaster?

I am not sure about the 3-9x-40 models but all the rest of the original buckmasters have the sf. The new ones dont and i have been told are not that good. Its a shame they changed them as my 6x18-40 is a very nice scope for the price.
