Buck Mark Barrel Change

I'm thinking about swapping out the barrel on a Buck Mark Standard. I found the barrel, Buck Mark Contour URX 71/2 inch,
but I can't find the rib. Can I use the sights from the Standard on the Contour?

I found the rib, but it is sightless. After considering the price of the rib, sights, barrel, tax, shipping etc. I found it is only another $200 to get a complete gun. Browning is have a 10% rebate on new guns and with the Military discount at Sportsman's Wearhouse, where I can pick it up locally, it's worth it.

When I picked up the pistol the manager found the gun was on sale and gave me the sale price $503. This is $152 less than I paid on line. Coupling that with the Browning rebate, which only took a week to get, and military discount it cost less than buying the barrel alone.
