BRX for varment hunting

I shoot a 6mm BRX for long rang, I'm thinking of taking it with me on a varmint hunt, I'm looking for some loads. The barrel is 1-8 and 104 free bore I have some 75gr VMax they maybe to short. Thanks

I shoot a dasher and 55gr nosler BT's with 35gr Benchmark for varmints. 1:8 barrel and 125"fb. The bullets are jumping a very long way. Shoots cloverleafs at 100yds and thats good enough for varmints.

ltam1198,

The 75 gr would be good. I like the 87gr Vmax for myself, much better BC for long range.

My 6 BRX 1-8 has just a little more free bore and really likes the Sierra 85 HP BT GameKing. I haven't shot critters with it but it is a GameKing. Later! Frank
