Brush Clearing- Whats best

Like you said, must be a LOT of rocks. Glad the comparatively cheapo saw blades are working. I'd forgotten how expensive the brush blades were.

There are, Texas Hill country is littered with exposed limestone (and even more unexposed). Karst topography if you feel like googling it. In fencing you can go 30 feet before you can get a t post planted 6" in the ground so we drill instead. Ill try to get some representative pics of what Im cutting and where this weekend but they are forecasting oppressive heat so I might not remember since I doubt Ill cut.

With cedar you need to cut them low enough to get every bitty bit of green off, if one little sprig of green is left it will continue to grow so I try to cut them flush to the earth, I am finding so many that were clipped before but left stubs 4" up from the ground meaning Im now clipping them for the second time. In order to get them cut that low flush it is often covered up in leaves and debris, inside all of that rubbish are rocks.

I thought about trying to resharpen the brush blades but they just dull so quick I would spend 3/4 of the time taking the blades on and off the machine.

Edit: Pics of the rocks that are everywhere
