Browning Challenger II

im looking into purchasing a Browning Challenger II pistol. Does anyone have any info good or bad on this model...ie..major problems associated with model or expected accuracy. or any major malfunctioning problems...any info will be greatly appreciated

I owned a near mint one for a few days a year ago. I honestly wasn't that impressed with it with that big heavy frame casting. The Buckmark makes a better shooter IMO. I owned a mint 60's Challenger as well. Beautiful gun, but I never keep show pieces long and it too went down the road.

I've had mine now for almost 30 years. It shoots real good. It's a 22 pistol not an anschutz target pistol. Hang onto the magazines tho. They are expensive.
