That is very rare choke combination. Usually the 26" barrel guns are improved cylinder and modified. Though I did see a Full and modified in 26". Very nice double! Good luck with the sale!

About forty years ago, maybe a little longer; Butch Searcy began his double barrel rifle business by converting these. I had one that a friend bought in 45-70. He could never regulate it properly. I bought it, and a LGS rechambered it to 45-100 (2.6" case). Four shots, L-R, L-R at 100 yards under 2". 400gr Speer SP at nearly 2100fps. I should never have sold it.

I have it's twin. They are nice shotguns. Mine is improved cylinder/modified. The choke configurations are marked with asterisks and underscores. You'll need to remove the barrels to look; the markings aren't otherwise visible.
