Browning BAR 300 wsm question ?

Anyone have trouble with the new BAR's as far as incorrectly drilled receivers for scope mounting. We can probably screw around with the burris signature rings with inserts. In the end would you send it back? My friend is deeply disappointed with a problem like this on such an expensive rifle.

The quality has gone out the window since teenagers started putting the buckmarks on their trucks and getting them for tattoos- i just noticed it around that time i should say. With them STILL putting duratouch on stocks and doing things like drilling crooked scope base holes shows they just dont really care. Ive even seen a boss with a hole .200 bigger than bullet dia and a bullet strike. Thats so far unacceptable its hard to imagine.
