I think your .375 is a Browning Safari grade . It should have some scroll type engraving on the floor plate with gold filling. Browning used the Supreme action on your rifle.

These are high quality rifles. The lack of controlled round feed should not be a deterrent. The extractor on the FN Supreme action is more robust than that of a Remington 700. Plus you’ll get much better wood and hand cut checkering that would cost $$$ if bought new.

I had a gunsmith build me a switch barrel in 300/375 H&H on a 98 several years ago. If I did not own that one, we'd be haggling today...
