Brownells

Shout out to Brownells service . I had a gempro 250,bought in 2015. It quit would not calibrate correctly. Called them& explained the problem. They told me to send it to them and sense it is no longer made they would replace it with a gempro 300 for the difference in cost, about 30.00. they even sent me a prepaid FedEx label to return the old scale. That's all good customer service to me.

Brownells has a great return policy, I have returned 2 gempro, the first one lasted about 3 years and the second one, well it was a turd right out of the box, sent it back for a refund, decided I would just stick to balance beam scale.
 
Anybody notice way more back orders? I have been ordering from them for many years, and in the last 6 weeks I was shocked at how many things were back orederd. Even 6.5 brushes. May have to start shopping elsewhere. DJB
 
I also had a Gempro 250 same issues, I contacted Myweigh, the manufacturer and they told me the issues can’t be fixed so if I sent a copy of original invoice I could have my$ back.
