How true! Brownells has become one of my last choices due to their shipping. There are many other smaller companies that care about customers in this respect.
I would gladly pay a reasonable amount for USPS Priority Mail but that is not an option.

Their free shipping is all right if you want to wait a week or more, I live about 80 miles from Brownells and it always takes a least a week.

I just did some business with Brownells and didn’t have any issues with there shipping. In fact one of my items was missing a part and they shipped a replacement out the same day that I called and it arrived even faster.

My most recent order from Brownells arrived in a week with free shipping. So what's the big deal about 1 week? Doesn't bother me. Maybe if I was in a rush but that's rarely the case. What gets me is when I see great deals on something and they are out of stock, and it seems to take forever for products to get back in inventory. I understand they are at the whim of manufacturers, but sometimes it is a Brownells/Sinclair branded item.
