It's not about the $15.....Hell, I can recoup that in 20 minutes at work....It's about principal and finalizing the deal. Going to the "review order" screen on their website they state that the order is final.....It should be final for them as well.....If I were strapped for cash it might make a difference but I'm not so it's about honoring the price that we both agreed upon when I placed the order. I do a lot of business with Brownell's and have never had them change the rules in the middle of the game before.

I agree with Damon. It is not about the $15, it is about principles. Once we accept people changing their mind and changing their story, it will be a sad state of affairs.

Most companies these days are pretty good at their CS. They have to be in the age of the internet. Years ago I heard at a seminar how a displeased customer would tell XXX people about his experience and a pleased customer might tell one or two people. In the age of the internet that XXX number has increased 100 fold.

I would give them a call and be polite, professional and firm and see what happens.
