Interesting.
It's too loud for me. I'm a Jesse James Cold War grey kind of guy. But, then I shoot in cross the course.

Benchresters seem to gravitate towards the bolder colors/themes.

Certainly better than the polished reflective aluminum that Anschutz went with for their original Precise stocks; those would blind the guy next to you!

No such thing as to bright or out there colours . Go hard the brighter the better i reckon

The 1984 book "The Scientific Angler" says that chartreuse reflects light better than any other color underwater.
Great for clear water and bright days ... muddy water and overcast days, I generally use darker/muted colors.
Just like orange chainsaws and yellow falling wedges, that rifle will never get lost in the leaf litter!
