Bridging powder in measure drop tube

I lost the post where the gentleman asked about using a bead chain with a RCBC measure.

Using a bead chain to break powder bridges will work on most all measures.

One has to drill a hole below the measures drum usually above the threads.

I recomend using a collet powder funnel on the bottom of the drop tube.

Have enough bead chain that it passes through the powder funnel 5 or 6 beads.

As the powder funnel moves up and down the bead chain breaks any bridged powder.

I have made this modification on every powder measure that I own.

His point is to help people avoid powder bridging in the tube.

If your tossing powder charges and get a bridge, one case will be short and you'll have a mess under the measure, or the next one will have too much powder.
