I was reading an article in Varmint Hunter magazine and they mentioned the "BRASS" system or method of sniper operations. It was mentioned it was a Marine sniper method but I haven't been able to find anything more about it. Has anyone else ever heard anything on this subject? What is this all about? Where can I find out more? Thank you in advance for any help rendered.
