Brass shoulder bumb

I can't find my notes on the new (not fired) Lupua brass head space reading. Once I loaded and fired a couple of times I stripped the bolt and bumped shoulder back until bolt would fall on it's on. That reading was 1.565 so loaded and fired again and most are measuring 1.567-1.568 after I have de-primed and cleaned primer pocket and brass. I had four out of fifty that measured 1.569-1.571 after I de-primed and cleaned. I have not run through the sizing die at this stage. What I'm gathering from everyone's input is this is pretty common, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't me doing something wrong. If I am wrong please let me know.
