Brass sales?

Have a box of Lapua brass to sell and wondering if there are places where there are restrictions on purchasing brass online. CA or NY or MA or some other states/ municipalities? Don't want to run afoul of any laws.

I always used to just claim
"Machined Parts"
but lately with USPS issues
I now Claim Hazardous Radioactive Gun Parts (Seriously)

off topic but relevent when asked what you are doing
When I used to Gold dredge the permit would ask where/area to be dredged
DFG told me themselves to just claim
"Legal Open Waters"
....often it is best to just keep it simple but as vague as legally possible

There are a few jurisdictions that define "ammunition" to include components like brass. Haven't had to look into it in a while and don't remember the particulars. Maybe someplace like D.C. or Massachusetts?
