Brass "prepper"~?

I'm looking for someone who can take my once-fired(?) 6MM PPC brass and reform it to my specs. .0085 brass thickness the the neck, turn the un-turned for a .262 chamber, and bump the shoulder to my spec.
I read about a guy who does this, but have searched for the thread mentioning his name and can't find it.
