Brass make much of a difference?

I'm strictly a hunter. In my semi-auto (Daniel Defense DDM4V7) 1-7" twist, pretty much anything I shoot through it will group under 2". Some 55gr FMJ re-man groups around an inch and my reloads using a Sierra 1360 55 gr groups under an inch. That's using a mix of brass.
In my Tikka bolt, I picked one brand a brass out to develop a load for it. I have a good load - under .5" using some Lapua 1x-2x fired brass. Problem is, I only have about 50 pieces of this.
Is there enough difference in brands of brass to make a serious difference in this load?

Yep. Even in different lots of the same manufacturer, though less significant.

Bruno’s sells 223 Lapua by the piece. Pick up another 50 and work back up to that same load.

Consistency is always the best way to go if possible. You should take your favorite load and try it
in different brands of brass to see. It might shoot just fine with different cases and same loading. I tried
2 different cases in my 20VT and poi never changed with same accuracy which was surprising. For hunting
I think you will be fine. For bench-rest accuracy it would be best to stay with one brand of case. :)

Brass can make a big difference because of volume... Same .308 load that I use in Federal GMM brass slows down when using Remington brass... You can look into the case and see a difference....

I wouldn't use the expensive brass in an m-16 platform , but in your bolt gun it's ok.. You will have to make up two different loads for the two rifles... Using a hot load that you use in your bolt gun is not great on your DD rifle... Both need to be tested , plus don't use mixed head stamped brass , sort them in groups.... Good news is you get to go shoot...
