Scope Mount with External Adjustment

I was searching the net and came across this scope with adjustment knobs for the scope rings. Do the micro adjustment push on the rings or the scope itself. Never seen anything like it...

He did. I can’t find the pictures at the moment. I also believe he did the flexible insert front ring setup before Brackney did. I also don’t think Jewell sold or made them for very long. They were known as Jewell/Foster adjustable rings.
