Looking at buying an 6x18 Leu. for a .223 Rem rifle. I was wondering if the AR model was any better than the standard model. Thanks

I have two VX Freedoms in 6-18. Decent scopes for the price if you can find them $100-200 off of MSRP. If I wasn’t scope poor I would have bought another one or two off the classifieds.

Reticle choices on the Newer 30mm 6x18 Leups
Are slim. I had one in Tmr, the cross hairs are thick. Sold it. Those scopes are tuff , clear, and accurate.
Reticle choices all seemed too thick. Even on the Tmoa model,
And Leupold will not change reticles anymore. I tried for 5 years

I think they "replaced" that with the Mk 3. I like it. Mine is the 8-24 $699.
