BR bullets.

Hello.
I'm new in BR shooting. Got new Arctic Eagle 6 PPC rifle and now a need 1000 pc of 68 Berger bullet. But it is hard to get them out of US :'( Any help ???

And also advice about scope. Leupold 35-45x45 ? Sightron 10-50x56 ? S&B 12-50x56 ? Nightforce ?

In my opinion, some of your scope's being considered are much more then is needed for short range benchrest, 300 yards and less. With them you will pay the price not only with the initial purchase, but with the weight & bulk associated with them. I have a number of Nightforce's, but they are used for my longer distance ( to 600 yards), and for that they are perfect, but for short range benchrest, with the 6ppc's I prefer & use the Leupold Competition Series, both 35x and 40x.

Considerably lighter & smaller in size & a little less in cost than your other choices. For me, they do all that is required. High quality used ones are available for around $800 & the forever, lifetime warranty, regardless of who owns it, is a big plus.

Many are using the 45x's, but for my eye's, just a little too much to handle.

Some other sources for BR grade bullets that ship internationally: Sinclair Intl....... Graf $ Sons.
The Leupold Competition Scope is the most common used in short range BR. The reason the 45x is favored is that it is easier to read mirage on the higher powered scopes.......it is no coincidence that quite a few matches are won with 60x scopes.
