BPSC Goes Electronic

Big Piney Sportsman's Club held its first Electronically scored F- Class 600 yard match today (2/11).
To say the least it was an overwhelming success. A few of the shooters had to adjust (myself included), but the electronic scoring system worked very well. This shooter heard many positive accolades regarding the electronic system and how much fun it was to shoot on.
A big shout out to Danny Wake and Donnie Greer and to the BPSC Board of Directors for making this happen. Well done.

Great match. My daughter and I both shot today and had a great time. The electronic targets worked great. They make it so a small girl like her can shoot and not have to worry about the pits. Great bunch of guys that shot today. Thanks to all involved in getting the targets purchased and up and going. We look forward to next month.

Your daughter did a awesome job today. She has been well coached. Next month your ride home might be a long one. Lol. I expect great things from her.

Today's wind was hard to keep up with. These new electronic targets are the way to go. No waiting for your target to be pulled and marked.

A big thank you to big piney for the 5 target systems. Dad and Danny for running the match. And Doug for the IT department

Your daughter did a great job. It was so nice to see her smiling face and eagerness to shot.
And thank you Dad for keeping the shooting sports alive as time marches on by introducing youth to our sport.

Big Piney Sportsmans club Houston, Mo. had their first
Silver Mountain Electronic target 600 yard F class match.

It was a beautiful warm sunny day with changing winds making shooting tough.
There were 22 shooters, one of them being a new junior shooter.
Watch out guys for this little girl!! She is a awsome shooter.

We want to thank everyone for coming out to support the club and for their patience.
Things went pretty well for the first electronic match.

There were a few wrinkles that we have to iron out.
Everyone adapted to the new system very well, and seemed to enjoy it.

We welcome everyone to come shoot with us.
Hope to see you at big Piney's next match, on March 11th 2017.

Great job big piney club. And a special thanks To Donnie Greer he gave up his shooting to make sure everything went well. It was lots of fun and a great bunch of people. I think I'm going to watch that young lady shoot just to pickup some pointers. She really looks comfortable behind that gun. Great job Dad
