Boyd’s Stock on a CVA Scout V2

I have a CVA Scout in 35 Whelen gun shoots really well and I like it a lot. The black plastic stock is a bit boring. So I was going to swap to a Boyds. Has anyone here done this? Curious about the fit as well as the forearm attachment.

Thanks in a for the 411

So no feed back here but I thought I would leave some.

I ordered one of the Thumbhole buttstocks and a forearm for my CVA. Got it in last week. Turns out they only make the forearm for the takedown version. Mine is the solid version. Also the rear stock is very strange and has zero drop.

Sending both back for a refund and will stay with the factory plastic stock.

A little hand sanding, a few coats of clear and put a grid to fit recoil pad on it. I think it turn out very nice.
