Borescope near St. Louis Mo?

I'm trying to find a gunsmith or anyone that has a borescope that could take a look at a barrel for me. Every gun shop and gunsmith in the area that I have called says they don't know of anyone that has one. Any help would really be appreciated.

I bought a used barrel that supposedly is a criterion and only had 700 rounds through it. The barrel copper fouls terribly and I can't get it to shoot like expected. Being that is supposed to be a criterion I expected it to clean pretty easily. I was wanting to look at the bore of the barrel to see what it looked like to decide if I should keep trying to get it to shoot good or cut my losses and just buy a new one. I called Ron Hoehn about a month ago right before Thanksgiving. I got his answering machine saying he would be closed untill after the holidays. I wasn't even sure if he has one or not as i haven't got the pleasure of meeting him yet. I'm from Troy, Mo so I'm pretty close to Ron and I'm also a member at the Benchrest club by his place. I would really appreciate any help or advice. Thank you.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone helping me locate someone to help me. Avidflyer and Ron Hoehn are two outstanding people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ron Hoehn was able to look at the barrel before I was able to meet up with avidflyer for him to look at it. Ron quickly saw the cause of the issues that I have been having and prevented me from having future frustration with this barrel.
