BORE GUIDES?

What Bore Guides do most of you guys use and recommend with your nice rimfires with the smaller rimfire actions??

The Mwerks guides are as good as it gets, with a fairly tight insert fo the rod.

M werks is great, but I prefer a delrin insert for the rod to run in if you are not using an Ive rod. So you need to make it yourself.... Jim

What might delrin do that the aluminum insert will not?

A lot kinder to a coated rod, the bore guide is fine but the insert that fits the rod is aluminum and is more abrasive than Delrin so I make my own inserts that slip into the bore guide. Aluminum is magnet for dirt also........ Jim

Mwerks has made a Deleon type material for the rod insert for a couple of guides for me. All on special requests. He has benn very accommodating. I recommend his guide.
