BORE GUIDE PUZZLE

Hi Guys (Newbie Here)

I'm looking to buy a BORE GUIDE 4 my 452 Rifle.
The puzzle 4 me is the following and need your HELP GUYS !

i'm confiuse

example: I know that I want the Bore Guide to have that SLOT
where once i enter the Bore Guide into the breach with the bolt out of course.
I run into a problem of NOT UNDERSTAND about the seal that some guides have.
Questions Please:
1-What is the seal 4 ?
2- Is it recommended that I have that seal on the guide ?
Lastly, after I hear from you guys where on earth to I buy that guide specifically for my .22cal. 452 ?

You can't really seal a .22 guide because unlike centerfire, the guide never enters the chamber.....no room.
