Borden Rifles customer service

First off, I have never ordered anything from Jim Borden or his website before last week.

I was in the market for a new trigger for my 2025 F/open build, was narrowed down to a Flavio Fare or Sidhe. FF was out of stock at Bruno's and -23 inventory, but Jim Borden/bordenrifles.com had +4 of the Sidhe.

Added to cart, checked out, got the confirmation page with order number and card was charged.

All this was Wednesday evening before turkey day.

By Monday I hadn't received any kind of confirmation email, notice, what have you. Thankfully I have the habit of screen-shotting my high dollar online purchases.

While waiting to get pizza at 1930 hours Pacific Time on the Monday after, I fired off an email just asking if my order had been received. (Card was charged) because I had received no notification of confirmation or otherwise. Email was sent expecting next business day response, but 10 minutes later Jim responded himself, reassuring my order was received, processed and an expected ship date! 3 hours ahead of me and still answering emails!

I was absolutely not expecting an after hours response from the man himself for just a trigger order, even more so that I'm 3 hours different in time!

Kudos to Jim Borden and Bordenrifles.com for top notch customer service.

I manage an internet retail company of decent size, I know what its like to deal with customer service online. Color me impressed.

I am on my 3rd action from him and waiting for my Black Nigh. My first conversation with Jim I didn’t know anything about actions was new to the game and that Man spoke to me on the phone as if I was his best friend. Top notch of a guy That is why is not surprising his actions are always winning
