Borden Alpine pic rail project

Grimstod

Machinist, Designer, and Shooter.
Here is a small CAD project. Going to see if I can CNC out a few examples today. It will be aluminum. Comparable with Borden Alpine actions. 0 MOA and has a good and low profile. Will be fairly lightweight too I hope.

If you want to add a little touch (Seekins Precision does this), shape the side of your rail to blend with the scallop on the side of your Borden action. I have a Seekins on a Borden Alpine and it looks great.

Ok I am going to make a universal one that will work with 1.35in diameter receivers. It will come without the holes drilled so any smith can custom drill them. What do you guys think? What actions would work? I have had a lot of Savage guys ask me for these. Would this fill your needs?
