Bolt lube for Highpower shooting xtc.

Whoa bolt lube have you bolt shooters found to be suitable for xtc Highpower. I shoot a t2k and I have found that if. Libe the whole bolt with a thin film of grease it is a bit too tacky during the rapids for smooth operation. I also know that any type of oil only might allow some galling. So do you all have any suggestions?

Other than that all I can do is grease the lugs and cams and just apply oil to the body.

I use Bolt Magic oil on the bolt body, and moly slide or moly fortified automotive grease on the backsides of the lugs & cocking cam. Key is to use a very light film of the oil, and to go lightly with the grease.

I have found super lube to be the slickest bolt lube. Grease on the lugs.

TM Ultra or a mixture of STP and Mobil 1 synthetic grease work great

Good old plain White Lithium works well.

I use stuff called blue goop. It's an anti marring anti seize "goop". It works real well just don't get it on you cause it'll never come off lol

Yes a dab of moly based grease on the lugs and a light coat of the stp on the bolt body and raceways. give it a try you'll be amazed.

This is the best grease for firearms ever... I was buying it at the gun shows back in Ohio... Wish I had a quart...

If you really want that STP to work use half STP, half Mobil 1 and half Marvel Mystery Oil!
