Bolt Action AR-15?

I've heard of these but never seen one, any ideas where I could get instructions on converting one to a bolt gun?

I can see why the guys in the UK make up manually cycled AR's,because they are not allowed to have functioning semi auto rifles) but in the US that seems to be a "why bother" modification in my opinion. If you want an accurate manually cycled rifle use a bolt gun. An AR was designed to be a semi auto rifle, to make it into a manually cycled rifle and to use it as such requires one to make a lot of other undesirable compromises.
