Bob Dorton Memorial 4-Gun Update: Saturday HV Only

Sloughhouse Benchrest Shooters will be holding the 2nd half of the annual Bob Dorton 4-Gun Championship this coming weekend, July 5th & 6th. This match is held every year to honor the memory of one of the founding members of the club.

We will be shooting HV/UNL-5 this weekend starting with HV/UNL 100 on Saturday, and UNL/HV 200 on Sunday.
This match will be sanctioned as a Freedom Benchrest match, and will be using electronic backers.

Range will be open Friday for practice/setup until 12:00 and then closing for the July 4th holiday. If you plan on coming for the morning practice, sign in and pay Fridays range fee at the main house.
If you shot the SP/LV in June, you will rotate 6 benches to the right for July's match.
Steve will email out the bench assignments on Wednesday evening, if you did not shoot in June, you will draw for one of the vacant benches Saturday morning, (or Friday if you are there).
Hope to see a few more of Bob's old friends and fellow shooters attending this match to honor Bob's memory.

MATCH UPDATE:
Do to a change of plans, we will only be shooting Saturday, and will shoot the HV 100 first followed by the HV200. The shooters who are attending decided that this would work best for everyone. We will shoot the UNL at a later date.

Bottom line is we probably need to rethink scheduling a match on a holiday weekend.
We will discuss it amongst the proletariat at a future date.
