Blueing a rifle?

Does someone know a Smith that can do some refinishing work on a old remington bolt action for me in Austin tx. Or close to austin?

I inherited a remington 788 in .308 today that's in great condition but my uncle probably in the 60s or 70s when if was popular engraved his drivers license number on the side of the action.. It's not horrible but its not pretty either , so since I got it free I don't mind spending a couple hundred to get it removed and the action and barrel reblued..

Thanks guys for the replies.. I will look into all of them.. My friends were just like leave it or polish it out and cold blue it.. I just have not had good luck with cold blueing. I don't have safe queens , I shoot my stuff , I need another rifle like a hole in the head. I dont even have room in my gun safe, but who can say no to a 99.5 % free one.

Especially to a old remington. I just don't sell guns but I ended up with a old single shot Stevens 20gauge, an old remington target master single shot .22 with a great stock but the blueing gone, yet rust free, this one will be the test of cold blueing when I get time to do it.. and a old Argentine mauser in 7.65 which I just don't need. But the old remington needs nothing but that done, man it's like brand new, its still got an old weaver wide view 6x scope thats not even dirty..it would be the ultimate white tail slayer for south Texas in .308. I just can't stand a scratched rifle. I use them but don't abuse them.. The stocks I can redo and make a work of art out of after years of doing them.. I redid an old sks my first time and people love it.. Theres just not a lot of hand finished stocks for the sks done..lol
