Have been having fantastic service from them. They went out of their way to get something rounded up for me. Veteran owned, family run business.

So i placed my order last night (thursday about 9:30 pac time). Item #1 a box of new unprimed brass. Item #2 two boxes of bullets. When i checked out it said "total order = $xx.xx. Shipping = FREE ". So i pushed the button and in about 10 seconds or so i get an email saying thanks for your order and it will be shipped ASAP. I think Cool !! i like this place ! Then this morning about 9:30 i get another email saying " please complete your transaction". Huh ? So i push the button to complete the transaction and they want $8.97 for shipping ! ? Best i can tell item #1 on my order was free shipping and Item #2 is $8.97 shipping. I went ahead and paid the $8.97 cause i really need the stuff but i'm gonna call them monday morning.

I see that too. Think it is a function of the web page construction that needs refining. The "Free Shipping" choice is highlighted by default, but I think it really means local pickup. If it is shipped, a choice must be made and paid for.
