Bleiker groups reports - Inaccurate?

Look at these groups with the reported c-t-c sizes.

I cry foul!!!

I think the groups are quite a bit larger than reported.

:o Your ideas?

What is the diameter of the center bull? I see what you mean, though. If each hole is .221 or so in diameter, the measurements taken are way off.

The results posted were predicated on group size. Clearly, something ain't right.
I understand relative group size when measured against each other to show which ammo performed better than others, but the actual size would be more helpful if redone,

You may want to join the forum and chastise Saaed. He is testing ammo not shooting a match. I believe he accomplished his en devour, which was to find the best ammo for his rifle.

All I can say is my all time favorite you tube video was shot in that room. Would anyone not like to have an indoor range the likes of that.

Pat have you seen the videos of his buddies shooting the 577 T-Rex? It is very entertaining. Dwight Scott is his gunsmith and has accompanied Saaed to many safaris Africa.

OK so I grabbed one of the images, calibrated it in On Target assuming 0.22 for a distance from the edge to edge on a clean mark on the target and plotted the 5 groups, and they do look to be very far from what they are advertised to be.

I'm going to venture a guess that his 50 yard MOA calcs were done forgetting to account for his distance being only 50 yards. If you take into acct some less than perfect measuring it makes sense. I haven't run the 100 yard groups to see.

Improperly measured/calculated group aside, I want a Bleiker .22lr, even if it shoots that badly. ;)

Anybody out there with one you're trying to place in a new home, please get in touch. Seriously!

Or a Tanner, or a Keppeler, or a Feinwerkbau.

I do have a Mossberg, an old Springfield semi auto, and a rare J C Penny single shot bolt rifle. I also have my first rimfire rifle. It is a H&R Leatherneck semi auto.
If I could afford a Bleiker I would buy it and quit looking for anymore.

Bob,
I guess that I am almost as old as you. A 67 is a great rifle, I just never needed one I guess. Is it similar to my mod 36 Winchester 9mm shotgun?
